I agree that Smirti Irani’s good dialoguing during campaigning and her fluency in the Hindi language – Is this good crateria to become cebinet minister of HRD? when i was faculty in Ranchi university ,that time also Rabri Devi was lookinfg after the files of Higher Education . Is it fair to handle the deptt which has highly qualified members and faculty members? I have full faith in Modi governence,but is it digestable +2 pass candidate is Boss of highly qualified people? P.M would have to think on this issue ,as he has asked people to come forward for positive suggestions.
